These terms are a contract between you and Infinity Curve for the use of Schemahaus. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

1. What the service is

Schemahaus is a hosted, multi-tenant content management system. You create an organisation, add sites to it, write content in one or more languages, and read that content back through our delivery API. The plan you are on decides how much of it you may use; the limits for each plan are published on the pricing page and enforced by the software.

2. Your account and your people

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the people you invite do. Give people the least role that lets them do their job. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or an API key has been compromised; you can revoke any key yourself at any time, and revocation takes effect immediately.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you may not use the service if we are prohibited from providing it to you under applicable sanctions or export law.

3. Your content is yours

You keep every right you have in the content you put into Schemahaus. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to it beyond what is needed to run the service for you: storing it, backing it up, transmitting it to the people and systems you point it at, and processing it to provide the features you switch on.

We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell it, mine it or hand it to anybody except as section 8 describes.

4. Machine translation

If you use machine translation, the text you translate is sent to Anthropic to be translated and comes back as a draft. This is the only feature that sends your content outside the European Union, it is off unless you use it, and it can be disabled per site so that nothing on that site is ever sent. The subprocessor list names Anthropic and says what they receive.

A machine translation is always a draft. Nothing is published without a person choosing to publish it.

5. What you may not do

The acceptable use policy is part of these terms and is on its own page. In short: do not use Schemahaus to store or distribute unlawful material, do not attack it or anyone else with it, and do not try to reach another customer's data.

6. Money

Prices are on the pricing page and are exclusive of tax; Paddle adds any VAT, GST or sales tax at checkout and is the merchant of record for every order. Paid plans renew automatically at the start of each period until cancelled. Annual plans are billed once for ten months' worth of the monthly price.

You can change plan or cancel at any time from the billing page. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial month. Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which is on its own page and which does not take away any right you have under consumer law.

If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it. If it keeps failing we may suspend the paid features of your account. We will not delete your content for non-payment: section 9 says what happens instead.

7. Changing plan, and limits

Hitting a limit stops you creating the next thing — a new site, a new language, an upload, a translation. It never removes content that already exists and never refuses a delivery API request for content that is already published.

Downgrading can legitimately leave you over the limits of the smaller plan. We do not delete anything for that. You will not be able to add more of whatever you are over until you are under again.

8. Privacy and subprocessors

The privacy notice explains what personal data we hold and why. The data processing agreement applies where we process personal data on your behalf. The subprocessor list names every third party that may see your content or your customers' personal data, and we will give notice before adding one.

9. Ending it

You may close your organisation at any time. When you do, we mark it for deletion and purge it after thirty days; during that window you can change your mind, and you can export everything at any time from the dashboard.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Except where the breach is serious or we have no lawful choice, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right. If we close your account for our own convenience, we will refund the unused part of anything you have paid in advance.

10. Availability

We aim to keep Schemahaus running and we publish our uptime. Business plans carry a 99.9% monthly availability commitment; the other plans do not carry one, which does not mean we treat them casually. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where we can.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Subject to that, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Changes to these terms

We will give at least thirty days' notice by email before a change that materially reduces your rights, and the notice will say what changed. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where Infinity Curve is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
